Dr Rachael Black, from The Centre for Care, met with unpaid carers Liz Naylor and Chris Sterry to discuss the ‘invisibilities’ of Social Care. Drawing on their personal experiences, they explore the misunderstandings and stigma attached to Social Care, and share their thoughts on how elements could be changed to improve wellbeing amongst those giving or receiving care.
