Free Legal Advice for Carers 

Sheffield Carers Centre are working with Lawson Wills and Probate to provide carers with access to free 30-minute individual legal advice clinics, that are normally held on the last Friday of the month.  

Lawson Wills and Probate is a family-focused business run by Leigh Purdy who is a legal expert and a former Solicitor with professional qualifications. Leigh has been offering pro bono services for the Cares Centre since 2020. She is able to offer advice around: 

  • Simple Wills 

  • Discretionary Trusts

  • Vulnerable Persons Trusts

  • Lasting Power of Attorney

  • Court of Protection applications

  • Estate Planning and Probate
