Vacancy: Carer Advisor (Bank) Ongoing Recruitment

Salary: £13.49 per hour, worked on a zero hours contract
Hours: Between 9am to 5pm. Very occasional work may be required outside these hours.
Job Purpose: Deliver quality advice, information, and support to carers by phone and face to face. 
Location: Sheffield city centre, with the opportunity of hybrid working, once probation is completed.
Annual leave: Annual leave is accrued on a rolling monthly cycle at a rate which is no less favourable than staff on permanent contracts who are entitled to 24 working days holiday per annum during the first five years of service, 3 days each year between Christmas and New Year pro rata; plus, an additional 5 working days pro rata for staff following five complete years' service.
Pension: This is paid in accordance with the scheme rules.
